Karl Weiss

Karl is a former election agency Information Services Director/CIO. While in this role,
he had the unique experience of successfully delivering several By-Elections, and two provincial elections, bringing an exceptional combination of IS industry, and elections operational experience to our Election Ready Solutions business.
Karl drives the overall program management and delivery for the customer, ensuring that client satisfaction and deliverables are met during all phases of our engagement. With a solid background in elections event management, election systems software development, Karl provides valuable leadership and insights to ensure customer success.
Chris Darcy
Vice President Sales
Chris has a keen knowledge of the business priorities and economic challenges electoral commissions face. He also holds an Honours BA in Political Science from the University of Toronto and is also a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business Executive Program. This unique combination of education and experience provides our customers with innovative financial solutions and quality account support.
Chris has the customer account management responsibility for our ElectionReady Solutions Suite.

Event Management and Public Communications Consultant
Charles is an expert elections business process analyst and consultant. He played an integral part in leading the development of the Event Management and Public Communications modules but also made significant contributions across ALL the system modules working with customers on site during electoral events and user testing. Charles is particularly adept at gathering elections business and functional requirements from both technical and non-technical clients and translating them to technology solutions that meet customer goals.
Charles has a particular expert focus on web-based business applications and with his overall system workflow knowledge will be the "go to" elections Business Analyst for our clients.

Ahmed led the solution, enterprise and infrastructure architects to deliver the complex functional extranet development and integration requirements built to support Political Party and Candidate registration, financial filings and contribution management responsibilities agencies must govern annually and during events. His understanding of these processes gives the customer advanced expertise to automate workflows and improve the quality of the data and as seasoned PMI professional with a superior track record of success, will ensure customer projects complete on time, and on budget.
Ahmed is a skilled Senior Project Manager and Consultant with over 8 years' of application and infrastructure management, software lifecycle management, experience as it relates to complex elections business solution.
Sajeewa Andrado, BIT, MCP
List Management Consultant
Understanding the challenges and complexity of maintaining and revising elector and address data bases is mission critical to electoral agencies. Sajeewa provides a unique expert knowledge of the data cleansing practices and algorithms to optimize the process using multiple data sources to ensure customers have current and accurate elector lists.
In has also assisted and gained expertise in other areas of ElectionReady including the internet, intranet, candidate management, results management, executive information system, call center integration, elections finance system, event management, and automated elector and address data remediation. Sajeewa is an IT professional with over 5 years of experience in the development of custom applications using Microsoft .NET framework.

Human Resources Consultant
The process of hiring, training, payroll and personnel management of event staff is daunting one for customers. Albert provides readiness and event operations expertise that coupled with the ElectionReady human resources tool box optimizes these management processes and improves the quality and confidence of the entire event work force.
Albert Morcos is a seasoned lead developer and solution architect with a deep understanding of Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server and SQL Server technologies. He has considerable experience leading enterprise-level solutions development, with particular expertise in development of the ElectionReady Human Resources module.

Voter engagement is another prime objective of electoral agencies. The availability of information and support to the public are keys to success in this critical part of the elections business. Dhanula provides the customer extensive expertise in contact centre, web communications, vendor management, results reporting and field operations task management.
He has specific experience managing the overall system Quality Assurance testing, requirements documentation, and development of the Event Management and Public Communications modules. Dhanula has nine years of experience in software Quality Assurance test planning, adept in a variety of current and advanced testing techniques, test execution, team management, and project delivery in global software projects.
Feng Liu

Feng Liu is our ElectionReady Chief Architect, responsible for engineering the entire design and integration of the system. Regardless of the infrastructure, architecture design, scale or configuration he brings considerable expertise in solution architecture; database design, deployment strategies, multiple systems integration, and technical writing as it relates to elections which will ensure that the small or enterprise-wide complex requirements are met.
Feng will lead the design, engineering and programming for future ElectionReady product releases and any customization required by the customer. With over 9 years of experience working with .NET platform build solutions and 19 years of experience with enterprise architecture design and development process management.
Dennis Furtado, MCP, MCSE, MCSA
Infrastructure and Security Consultant
